As a UX / UI Designer, my role was to analyze the information architecture, usability, create UX artifacts, conduct user analysis, redesign screens, and task flows for the Horizon cloud-based VoIP management system.
My responsibilities and tasks as a UX / UI Designer:
✔ Analysis and redesign of Information Architecture.
✔ UX Artifacts: Personas, scenarios, red route analysis, empathy maps, customer journey maps.
✔ Simplification of tasks and processes related to switchboard configurations: Sales groups, call flows, auto-responder configuration.
✔ Prototyping, wireframing, and creation of high-fidelity designs.
✔ Creation of task flows for the most complex processes.
✔ A/B testing with Lo-Fi wireframes for the most complex system flows.
