CONTENT & DEVELOPMENT – Clean insertion of final client copy – Fully responsive build (WCAG 2.1 AA contrast)

FORMS & COMPLIANCE – Contact form with “Not a patient inquiry” checkbox and hidden honeypot (no CAPTCHA)

SEO & ACCESSIBILITY – Semantic HTML, alt tags, structured meta data, initial on-page optimisation

DOMAIN & HOSTING – Update DNS to Hostinger (ns1.dns-parking.com / ns2.dns-parking.com) – Monitor propagation and SSL status

LAUNCH SUPPORT – 7-day post-launch bug sweep and performance check (Lighthouse mobile ≥ 90)

OUT OF SCOPE E-commerce, patient-intake workflows, third-party APIs, paid media, influencer outreach, ongoing content marketing, additional photo/video production.

SUCCESS METRICS • Site live on 27 May 2025 with zero critical issues • Lighthouse mobile score ≥ 90 and accessibility ≥ 95 • All seven pages render correctly across modern browsers and devices • Contact form submits in < 5 s; spam rate < 2 % • DNS propagation completed within 24 h without SSL or 404 errors
