Contract Description

This agreement defines the collaborative engagement between Mahendra & Sons Madhumakkhi Farms (“Client”) and [Your Agency/Studio] (“Agency”) to deliver a holistic digital-first makeover for the Client’s honey brand “Wild Nectar” and its online home wildnectar.in. Project window: 10 May 2024 (kick-off)17 March 2025 (public relaunch) — a 10-month strategic sprint to take the brand from local favourite to nationally recognised premium label.

Exclusions
Stationery sets (letterhead, visiting card, invoice), personal-branding services for founders, and WhatsApp bulk-messaging blasts are not included in this contract and may be quoted separately.
Success Metrics
New brand assets in market by Q1 2025 with 100 % consistency.
Website performance score ≥ 90 (Google Lighthouse mobile).
Organic traffic uplift of ≥ 50 % within 90 days post-launch.
Social-media engagement rate ≥ 5 % average across platforms.
Influencer campaign reach ≥ 500 k impressions with CTR ≥ 2 %.
