Scope & Deliverables
Figma → Build: crafted a modular design system, then shipped seven WordPress sites on a shared custom theme with multisite-friendly components.
Identity Development: refreshed IFSI logo, colourway, icon set for cross-site consistency.
SEO Optimisation: schema markup for 20+ service locales, technical audits, tiered backlink plan—positions #1–3 for 35 target keywords.
Automation: webhook-based lead routing to HubSpot CRM, auto-emails, and uptime / security alerts.
Maintenance: weekly updates, performance tuning (avg. LCP < 1.2 s), quarterly security reviews.
Photo/Video Shoots: produced on-location assets for trust-building hero sections.
