During my time as a Digital Marketing Manager at Ampersand, a well-known design agency based in Atlanta, I led successful digital marketing initiatives that resulted in expanding our clientele to over 16 diverse customers. My responsibilities included creating comprehensive marketing schedules, formulating project summaries, producing copywriting, directing photo shoots and graphic design tasks, and conducting effective influencer marketing campaigns, among many other duties. I enjoyed collaborating with a skilled branding team and working with various clients, including small businesses, local restaurants, high-end hotels, and more.
I had the privilege of spearheading digital marketing initiatives to elevate the studio's online presence and enhance its brand identity. My role was integral in driving growth, attracting clients, and promoting the studio's design expertise. Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
Comprehensive Digital Strategy: I created and implemented multiple customized strategies for various clients of the design studio. My role also involved overseeing the branding team and conducting branding and social audits, content marketing, campaigns, and social media management. I was responsible for managing the studio's digital marketing growth, from growing the portfolio to maintaining client relationships. I acted as an expert in social media management and took on the full-house role of a digital marketing manager.
Content Creation: I conceptualized and executed high-impact content strategy shoots to showcase various clients' offerings brand power and rotating seasonal offerings, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and models to create visually stunning content that highlighted the studio's projects and design philosophy. I leveraged content from these shoots to enrich the studio's website, social media profiles, and marketing collateral, resulting in a 35% increase in website engagement and a 50% growth in inquiries from prospective clients, bolstering the studio's reputation as a design innovation.
Social Media Leadership: I managed the social media profiles for the studio's digital marketing clients, building engagement and securing new business.
Content Strategy Shoots: I planned and executed targeted photoshoot campaigns for various clients, coordinating with models, stylists, and approval systems, and utilizing social media knowledge for community engagement.
Client Acquisition: I was able to attract new digital marketing clients and expand the studio's portfolio of digital marketing projects by utilizing strategic social media knowledge, high-quality content creation and management, and building strong relationships. This also led to the acquisition of branding clients, resulting in a 30% increase in revenue within the first year.
Performance Analytics: As part of my previous job, I was in charge of monitoring and evaluating the performance metrics of over 15 clients. In order to do this effectively, I had to handle all the clients' data simultaneously. By analyzing this data, I was able to draw data-driven insights and use them to improve our social media strategy and feedback cycles. As a result, our digital marketing efforts yielded a higher ROI and our clients achieved successful outcomes. I also helped create and implement reporting systems, building digestible client reports using tools such as Notion, Sprout Social reporting insights, social listening, and more. engagement.
Influencer Marketing: I researched, managed, and executed strategic influencer marketing campaigns. Throughout this process, I closely collaborated with various influencers to promote businesses both in Atlanta and across the country. By utilizing the content created by these influencers, I was able to improve the social media presence of multiple businesses and reach a wider and more engaged audience. As a result of these efforts, we achieved a remarkable 60% increase in social media engagement and a significant 25% increase in inquiries from design enthusiasts and potential clients. This service provided significant value to our studio's clients. My responsibilities included creating and driving both viral and monthly goals for influencer campaigns. I saw success across various clients, including hotels, restaurants, and national ecommerce brands.
Content Calendars and Full Social Media Management: Last but not least! The bread of the butter: I adeptly executed these strategies for all our clients at the studio! I meticulously developed and managed robust content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of meaningful social media posts. My responsibilities encompassed the full spectrum of social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and active community engagement. Additionally, I spearheaded targeted ad campaigns aimed at directing traffic to our client's websites and capturing valuable leads. As a testament to these efforts, we witnessed outstanding results across the board, including a notable 40% surge in social media followers, a substantial 30% boost in website traffic originating from social platforms, and a remarkable 20% increase in qualified leads for all of our clients. I played a pivotal role in reshaping the studio's digital landscape.
