Alpha Omega Consulting — Community, Funnels & Ad Campaigns for a Chiropractic Coaching Brand

The Client
Alpha Omega Consulting is a coaching and consulting brand led by Dr. Lee, a highly successful chiropractor who built a standout practice through hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service. After years of running his own clinic, Dr. Lee wanted to share his professional knowledge with fellow chiropractors and help them build the practices of their dreams. The brand offers one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and a monthly subscription online course.
The Challenge
Dr. Lee had the expertise and the reputation, but no digital infrastructure to turn that into a consulting business. There were no landing pages, no ad campaigns, no community, and no system for attracting, nurturing, or converting fellow chiropractors into coaching clients. Everything needed to be built from scratch.
What I Did
→ Community Building Built and grew a Facebook community for chiropractors interested in practice growth. The group became the primary space for engagement, value delivery, and trust building, giving Dr. Lee a direct line to his target audience and a warm audience to convert into coaching clients.
→ Landing Pages (Kajabi) Designed and built landing pages on Kajabi for Dr. Lee's course offerings, including the one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and monthly subscription programs. Each page was built to clearly communicate the value of the program, establish Dr. Lee's credibility, and drive signups with strong calls to action.
→ Meta Ad Campaigns Set up and managed Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive chiropractors into the community and onto the course landing pages. Campaigns targeted practicing chiropractors looking to grow their clinics, with ad creative and messaging that spoke directly to the challenges they face running a practice.
The Outcome
This has been a 3-year ongoing engagement. Dr. Lee went from having no digital presence for his consulting brand to a fully operational system: a growing Facebook community, live course landing pages converting visitors into coaching clients, and ad campaigns consistently driving new chiropractors into his world.
