The Challenge
Most medical AI tools feel cold or overly complex, leading to low user retention. The goal for Treatwise AI was to create a "Zero-Training" interface—a platform where a user in a high-stress health situation can get insights without a learning curve.
The Solution
I designed a conversational-first dashboard that prioritizes empathy and clinical clarity. By auditing 50+ healthcare flows via Mobbin, I identified key friction points in symptom reporting and solved them with a streamlined, AI-driven entry point.
Key Design Decisions:
Postel’s Law Implementation: The input field is "liberal" in what it accepts (symptoms, voice notes, emotions) but "conservative" in how it outputs clinical-grade data.
Visual Trust: A "Medical Blue" palette paired with high-end fintech-style cards to balance professional authority with modern SaaS aesthetics.
Scalable Architecture: Built with a modular design system, allowing for the easy addition of "Treatment" and "Analytics" modules as the product scales.
