I supported Kirha, an AI infrastructure startup building source-grounded agents for regulated healthcare and life sciences workflows, on brand strategy, positioning, GTM, and product marketing.
My work focused on turning a broad AI infrastructure narrative into a clearer commercial strategy. I audited Kirha’s brand, market positioning, ICPs, competitors, website narrative, conversion path, and proof gaps, then helped define a sharper GTM direction around infrastructure-backed AI agents for regulated pharma workflows.
I worked on the productization of Kirha Health’s agents, especially Pharma REG and pharmacovigilance-related workflows, translating technical capabilities into buyer-facing value: one buyer, one workflow, one output, one proof asset, and one pilot offer. I also created strategic recommendations for landing pages, proof modules, demo assets, pilot packaging, messaging, sales enablement, and launch readiness.
Alongside the GTM work, I wrote the landing pages, reviewed and refined Kirha’s fundraising announcement strategy, helping make the campaign more specific, defensible, and credible by connecting the raise to Kirha’s core infrastructure thesis and its healthcare/life sciences wedge. I also built founder-led LinkedIn content strategy + ghostwrote for Pierre, including content pillars, post angles, engagement strategy, and positioning themes around trust, traceability, auditability, and regulated AI adoption.
Key work included: brand and market audit, competitor analysis, website and conversion brief, agent GTM playbook, Pharma REG launch planning, fundraising announcement strategy, founder-led content strategy, messaging refinement, proof and asset planning, and GTM task tracking.
