Built a National Cost-efficient Online Marketplace for Rwandan Small Businesses in cooperation with the German & Rwanda Governments. The marketplace has over 300 vendors and over 4,000 references providing one of the most exhaustive online catalog in the nation.
We also did setup a Warehouse with fulfillment services and architecture and trained staff to operate it. We sourced a Robotic Arm equipped with an auto guided vehicle to be able to prepare orders 24H a day even during pandemics.
We used Ai Automations to accelerate onboarding and catalogue/inventory content creation & management
