Revamping Brand Identity for a PT Clinic

A small PT clinic in Texas was determined to scale their business, but their margins were limited by insurance plans and too few clients. They were in need of a way to generate more leads and increase profit margins to scale their capacity and product mix. Their outdated brand was ready for a refresh to take on the competitive business climate of the modern world, and that's exactly where we stepped in.
We started with the long-term impact vision for the brand to dial in measurable target outcomes for the company. We then defined the target demographic that would allow those goals to be met, and we used that info to position the brand against its competitors. Next, we developed the brand messaging and culture as direction for the upcoming design phases. Finally, we translated the brand strategy into a visual identity guide that would shape the logo and website design.
