Inndoors is a SaaS-based platform designed specifically for hostel and hotel owners to streamline and optimize their property management processes. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools that enable owners to manage bookings, adjust room rates dynamically, communicate effectively with guests, and maintain an updated online presence—all from a single, intuitive dashboard.

Research Insights for Dashboard Design

User Needs Assessment:
Primary Users: Hostel owners who need a comprehensive tool to manage their operations efficiently.
Key Functionalities: Users require easy access to booking management, revenue insights, guest communication, and profile management to streamline daily operations.
Feature Prioritization:
Dashboard Overview: Hostel owners need a clear overview of key performance metrics such as occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) to make informed decisions.
Profile Management: Essential for updating hostel details, amenities, photos, and contact information, which is crucial for maintaining accurate and appealing listings.
Availability and Booking Management: Enables hostel owners to manage room availability, adjust pricing, handle bookings, and process cancellations efficiently.
Event and Offer Management: Allows the addition and management of events and special offers, which helps in promoting the hostel and attracting more guests.

Information Architecture and Wireframing
