The first step in our design process was to immerse ourselves in the experiences and challenges faced by new immigrants. Through extensive research, including interviews, surveys, and user testing, we gained valuable insights into their diverse needs and aspirations. From language barriers to cultural adjustment, each aspect was meticulously analyzed to ensure our design addressed them effectively.

The platform's architecture was carefully structured to provide easy access to essential resources, such as immigration guidelines, housing assistance, and community events. Clear navigation pathways and prominent calls to action were implemented to streamline the user journey and minimize friction.

Designing PuzzlePath was more than just creating a website—it was a journey of empathy, collaboration, and dedication to empowering new immigrants in Canada. By putting user needs at the forefront of our design process and infusing every interaction with empathy and inclusivity.
