GlamSync is a SaaS platform designed to digitize salon services, enabling salons and spas to manage appointments, inventory, and customer engagement more effectively. The goal of the landing page is to attract salon owners who want to streamline their operations and boost their business by adopting a modern, AI-powered solution.

Understanding the Business and Market Needs

Objective:
Identify the primary goals of the GlamSync platform. Understand the target audience, including their pain points and needs.
Actions Taken:
Conducted interviews with salon owners and managers to identify their key challenges in managing appointments, inventory, and customer engagement.
Researched market trends in the salon and spa industry, focusing on the growing need for digitization and SaaS solutions.
Analyzed competitors to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for GlamSync to stand out.
Findings:
Many salons struggle with appointment scheduling and managing cancellations.
Inventory management is often overlooked, leading to lost sales opportunities.
There is a demand for better tools to engage customers and improve their experience.

Defining the Target Audience

Created wireframes to visualize the layout and structure of the landing page.

Visual Design and Branding

Create a visually appealing and consistent design that aligns with GlamSync’s brand identity.

Selected a color palette of Slate Gray and Lavender to convey sophistication and tranquility.
Chose Montserrat as the primary font for headings, paired with Open Sans for body text, ensuring readability and elegance.
