Project overview Product: ATTN Project type: Self-initiated cognitive-training mobile concept My role: Product design, UX/UI, visual identity Tools: Figma
The challenge Attention-training products can feel either clinical or game-like, making it difficult to build a focused daily habit. The experience needed to explain each exercise instantly, remove distraction during the task and make progress understandable after a short session.
The approach I reduced the core journey to three states: start today’s session, complete one concentrated exercise and understand the result. Instructions, timing and progress were kept secondary to the active task, while the outcome screen connects effort with accuracy, reaction time and consistency.
The solution The interface combines expressive condensed typography with a strict editorial grid. Deep black, oxblood and warm ivory establish focus, while a vivid orange action layer separates interactive moments. Sharp edges and thin rules keep the visual system disciplined and recognizable.
The outcome The result is a high-fidelity product concept with a clear daily training loop and a distinctive identity that stays functional during cognitively demanding tasks. It is ready for interaction prototyping and exercise validation.
Deliverables Product concept, daily session flow, active visual exercise, result and progress screens, mobile design system and visual identity.
