The challenge Technical recruiting teams work across candidate pipelines, client roles, interviews, tasks and analytics. The challenge was to bring those workflows into one workspace without turning the dashboard into a wall of disconnected data.

The approach I mapped the information recruiters need at three levels: portfolio health, today’s workload and an individual candidate’s context. The system was designed desktop-first for operational density, then adapted into focused mobile workflows for work between calls.

The solution The dashboard combines active-candidate metrics, pipeline activity, interview scheduling, tasks and candidate focus cards. Clear grouping, quiet color coding and repeatable states make dense information scannable while preserving the detail required for real recruiting work.

The outcome The result is a complete high-fidelity product direction for a recruiting CRM, supported by a shared component library and consistent loading, empty and error states. It provides a coherent foundation for prototyping, validation and engineering handoff.
