I closed out the refurbishment of UCL's student accommodation apartments that required delivery in line with the start of the academic year. I came in as the project needing a more experience project manager to successfully deliver the project during a key stage.

Relationships were initially strained with the client, incumbent contractors and the contractor when I joined, so I prioritised bringing everyone together, agreeing the remaining scope, identifying long-lead time items, dependencies and establishing solid completion dates. This approach ensured the project was delivered on time.
