The scheme was a refurbishment and new build development, totalling 15,500m2, consolidating and modernising the college. The Grade II* listed façade was retained with the rear section of the building being demolished and rebuilt with two basement levels and 6 floors above ground.
I drew on experience in construction management, demonstrating construction knowledge, health & safety awareness & practical problem solving.
This lent itself to effectual reporting, risk management and proactive coordination packages. I took the lead commercially, managing the cash flow, invoicing and payments.
