Project Manager

The project is a mixed-use development consisting of the construction of an underground car park, Tesco superstore, and five residential towers.

I Joined at RIBA Stage 3, I led on the planning submission, finalised Employer’s Requirements and prepared PCSA documentation for two Contractors on a complicated contract.

My role extended to include programming; reporting; finalising consultant appointments; agreeing fee proposals; and working closely with the design team to finalise design proposals to keep abreast of regulatory updates.
