The Institute provides SAPO/ACDP containment level (CL) buildings and infrastructure to carry out research on animal pathogens. The programme of works encompassed the refurbishment & fit-out of two CL facilities (level 2 & 4) with dedicated effluent treatment plant and electrical infrastructure.

I led the Electrical Infrastructure upgrade which was successfully completed on time & budget along with the CL4 facility where I supported. Paramount to these successes were the early supply-chain engagement, programme sequencing workshops, change control procedures and organising Client engagement.
