- 25+ activities with realistic durations and Finish-to-Start predecessor logic
- 6 resources assigned across all phases; Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Procurement Officer, Site Supervisor, HSE Officer, and Construction Crew
- Cost loading of $1.6M across all activities with expense categories
- S-Curve generated showing cumulative budget distribution
- Baseline locked and constraints applied showing critical path analysis
- Project duration: 12 months (Feb 2024 - May 2025)

- Critical path identified with -53d float , showing real schedule pressure Maspero Nile Towers, Cairo (graduation project, Cairo University, 2022-2023). Working in a team of 5, we developed a full construction management plan for a high-rise tower project. I worked on quantity take-offs and cost estimation, built the Primavera P6 schedule with activity durations from estimated productivities, assigned and levelled resources, and prepared project costing and cash-flow analysis. We also ran a Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis, compared alternatives for formwork, shoring, insulation and concrete pouring methods using decision-making techniques, analysed the contract, and simulated the excavation process with Visio and Process Simulator.
