Generative AI in Retail Supply Chains - consulting project with PwC Canada (University of Toronto, Management Consulting for Engineers, Sep-Dec 2023). In a team of 6, I researched and presented to PwC's Digital Operations team how generative AI can support retail supply chains across sourcing, warehousing, distribution and customer preferences, benchmarking how companies like Walmart, H&M and Alibaba use it today and where its use could be extended. Working with PwC mentors, we learned to tailor findings and recommendations to each client's needs.

UTESCA x Deloitte Ace The Case Competition, University of Toronto (March 2024) - 3rd place. With three teammates, I analysed a complex project management scenario under a tight deadline and presented a full case solution, including challenge and RACI matrices, prioritized challenges, an action plan, and an updated project management blueprint.

Maspero Nile Towers, Cairo (graduation project, Cairo University, 2022-2023). Working in a team of 5, we developed a full construction management plan for a high-rise tower project. I worked on quantity take-offs and cost estimation, built the Primavera P6 schedule with activity durations from estimated productivities, assigned and levelled resources, and prepared project costing and cash-flow analysis. We also ran a Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis, compared alternatives for formwork, shoring, insulation and concrete pouring methods using decision-making techniques, analysed the contract, and simulated the excavation process with Visio and Process Simulator.
