Lead Project Manager

I led the management, delivery and implementation of a purpose-built security control room and development of a Physical Security Information Management software system.

I took ownership of the development of the business case, benefits and contract administering. I proved my leadership through chairing project meetings, whilst managing the client, project team and stakeholder interfaces.

I authored project documents; monthly programme updates on Microsoft Project & P6 Primavera; understood migration complexities in an operational environment; and establishing procurement strategies.
