CIPL had ambitions of being the first carbon neutral UK business park. The project was in its infancy (RIBA stage 1).

My role centred on determining the planning requirements, financial forecasting, business case development and establishing site information.

I organised site surveys, interrogated quotes, and arranged safe access onto site. I supported the design team in developing the client brief and concept design as well as obtaining market research.
