Lead Project Manager

The project involved the modernisation of the 3,700m2 Quadrangle building as part of the wider Strand renewal programme.

It was the renovation of the Quadrangle deck and two basement levels constructing four feature light wells, a central oculus stair; and fit-out works. The works were captured in two packages.

I managed the interfaces between the two main contractors as well as the design team and client monitoring team engendering positive relationships. I cultivated strong design management skills, logistical knowledge, and programme monitoring.
