Developed an automated integration for a nonprofit organization to seamlessly manage incoming donations and customer payment documentation across multiple platforms.
Key Deliverables:
Donation Processing Integration: Automated tracking of donations made through two different platforms.
HubSpot CRM Automation: Linked donations to customer contacts and company records as deals with associated line items using Make.com.
QuickBooks Online Integration: Synced donation and customer payment details from HubSpot into QBO via HubSpot workflows and Make.com.
End-to-End Automation: Ensured smooth payment tracking, accurate documentation, and automated customer acknowledgments.
