As a HubSpot Solutions Engineer, I led a HubSpot implementation for a client consolidating multiple CRMs and accounting systems. Their data, managed in Google Sheets, was migrated to HubSpot for centralized reporting and data integrity.
Key Deliverables:
Migrated data from Zoho and Salesforce into HubSpot.
Integrated QuickBooks Online with HubSpot.
Transitioned reporting from Google Sheets to HubSpot.
Built custom automations using Make.com and HubSpot custom-coded actions.
Managed discovery, data mapping, buildout, and delivery.
