The company had a major loss of resources, time, revenue with the system they had so far (exchange of extremely complicated and difficult to manage excel files, via email). They needed a hub in order to accommodate different type of pricing applications and employees of various seniority levels and types, that are located in different working regions.
While we were getting a MVP off the ground, the team worked together with wework, understanding employees’ pain points & goals and doing usability testing to understand how we could create the best product for the end user.
