I was the senior interaction designer of the project.
Together with the user experience research team, I partook in the UX processes: brainstorming, workshops, consumer journey maps, personas, user flows, taxonomies, content audits, sitemaps, card sorting, sketching, and wireframes.
I co-designed the design system and served as the head of interaction design. I also co-designed the e-appointment application that is closely connected to the website.
