Overview:

I successfully managed the end-to-end installation of hydroponic systems for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and a zero-churn outcome. My role involved close collaboration with various stakeholders, from understanding and executing client requests to coordinating with third-party contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Led project planning and execution, using Asana to track milestones and manage timelines.

Liaised with multiple stakeholders, including installation teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.

Reviewed contracts and ensured all terms were met during project execution.

Utilized Slack, HubSpot, and Airtable for communication, task management, and client tracking.

Digitally onboarded clients, guiding them through the process and ensuring smooth transitions.

Attended opening ceremonies, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Outcome:

All clients were highly satisfied with the organized and smooth process, which increased engagement within their offices, the primary goal of the project. The successful installation and ongoing client relationship thereafter, resulted in zero churn, reinforcing client loyalty and long-term success.
