Product Design & Web Apps Built to Ship | Figma, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript

Product design and working web apps built by one team, from first flow to launch.

Before we design a screen, we find out where users get stuck, what the riskiest part of your product is, and what has to be true for launch. Then we design and build the product in one sprint, with one team, so what's designed is what ships. Every product is designed and built around your users and your roadmap, from flows and interfaces to a working app, not a prototype that gets thrown away.

Sound familiar?
Your product idea is clear, but the design and the code live in different places. Users sign up and don't come back, or they hit a confusing dashboard and ask support for help. You're about to ship an MVP and aren't sure what to cut. Meanwhile your designer and developer keep handing work back and forth, and the launch date keeps moving.
What you get
Product audit and scoping. We use our Product Friction Audit and MVP Risk Filter to find what's confusing users and what's riskiest to build, then agree what ships first and what waits.
UX and UI design. User flows, wireframes and a full interface in Figma for dashboards, onboarding, settings and mobile views, with a design system your team can reuse.
Prototypes and testing. Clickable prototypes you can put in front of users before any code is written.
Web app build. Working front ends in React and Next.js, with Node.js back ends, APIs, authentication, databases and payments where needed.
Integrations. Third-party tools, AI features and your existing systems connected.
Launch and handoff. We check readiness with our Launch Readiness Scorecard, then hand over design files, code and documentation so your team can take it forward.
How it works
It starts with a free diagnostic call of 30 to 60 minutes, where we learn your product, users and where it stands today. Within 2 to 3 days you get a fixed scope with a written plan, timeline and price, before you commit. Then we design and build while you follow progress on a live project tracker and review at each stage. We test, launch and walk your team through the product. Every project then comes with a 2-week warranty, so anything that breaks after launch gets fixed.
Which stack?
We don't push a stack. We pick the tools that fit your product, team and plans after the free call, and put the reasoning in writing. Already have a codebase or designs? We can improve them, rebuild them or take them over.
Timeline
Mini Sprint, 1 to 2 weeks: a product audit, a key flow or feature, or a set of screens
Core Sprint, 4 to 8 weeks: a full product design and build, from research to a working MVP
Timelines depend on the number of flows, integrations and how quickly feedback comes back. You'll have a firm date in your written scope.
Also available
Need more than the build? Ask on the free call and we'll scope it alongside your sprint.
