Challenge
Senior Phone is more than a communication device — it’s an AI-powered trust layer designed to protect seniors from scams and connect them with their families safely. The challenge was to create a marketing website that explained a complex, tech-driven product in a way that felt warm, accessible, and reassuring to non-technical audiences — particularly caregivers and seniors.
We needed to balance credibility (AI + data) with emotion (peace, trust, connection) — ensuring the messaging built confidence without overwhelming the viewer.
Solution
We crafted a website experience that combined empathy, clarity, and credibility:
Information Architecture — structured around four core pillars: What It Solves, How It Works, Safety System, and For Caregivers.
UI/UX Design — large, legible typography, warm neutrals, and friendly iconography to ensure high readability for older audiences.
Copywriting & Narrative — simplified complex tech into human language (“Peace of mind in every call”) supported by visual storytelling.
Visual System — integrated device mockups, call-label examples, and caregiver dashboard previews to connect product and benefit.
Conversion Strategy — designed clear CTAs (“Join Waitlist,” “Notify Me”) for pre-launch traction and caregiver signups.
