Brand Identity Design That Sets You Apart | Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop

Brand identity, positioning and guidelines, designed by one team to carry across web, decks and product.

Before we design a brand, we find out what makes your business different, who you need to win over, and where your brand will show up first. Then we design the identity in one sprint, with one team: positioning, logo, colour, type and the guidelines that keep it consistent. The result is a brand your team can use straight away, on your website, decks, product and social channels, not a logo file in a folder.

Sound familiar?
Your brand looks different on your site, your deck and your social accounts. You have a logo but no clear story behind it, and competitors who say the same things look more established. Every new designer or freelancer restarts from scratch, because nothing is written down. Investors, customers or partners say you look smaller than you are.
What you get
Positioning and direction. We define who you serve, what makes you different and how you should sound, then agree a visual direction before any design begins.
Logo system. A primary logo, secondary marks and an icon, in the versions you'll need for light and dark backgrounds, small sizes and social profiles.
Colour and typography. A palette and type system chosen for your audience, with usage rules.
Visual language. Imagery style, iconography, patterns and layout principles that make the brand recognisable without the logo.
Brand guidelines. A clear guide to using the identity, so any team member or freelancer can apply it correctly.
Applied designs. Your identity applied to key touchpoints such as a website homepage, deck template, social profiles and stationery, so you see it in use.
Handoff. Source files in Figma and Illustrator, plus export-ready assets for web and print.
How it works
It starts with a free diagnostic call of 30 to 60 minutes, where we learn your business, audience and competitors. Within 2 to 3 days you get a fixed scope with a written plan, timeline and price, before you commit. Then we design while you follow progress on a live project tracker and review at each stage. We finalise the files and walk your team through the guidelines. Every project then comes with a 2-week warranty, so any file issues or fixes after delivery are handled.
Which scope?
We don't push a package. After the free call, we recommend the scope that fits your stage and budget, and put the reasoning in writing. Starting from nothing, we build a full identity. Already have a logo you like? We can refresh it, extend it or write the guidelines around it.
Timeline
Mini Sprint, 2 weeks: a logo refresh, colour and type system, or a mini brand kit
Core Sprint, 3 to 4 weeks: a full identity: positioning, logo system, visual language, guidelines and applied designs
Timelines depend on the number of rounds, applied designs and how quickly feedback comes back. You'll have a firm date in your written scope.
