Motion Design That Explains and Sells | After Effects, Premiere Pro, Jitter, Lottie
Hero animations, product explainers and launch videos, designed and animated by one team.

Before we animate anything, we find out what a viewer needs to understand in the first few seconds, where the animation will play and what you want people to do next. Then we design and animate it in one sprint, with one team: storyboard, design, motion and delivery in the formats you need. Every animation is custom-made around your brand and message, built to make a complex product easy to grasp, not to decorate a page.

Sound familiar?
Your product is hard to explain in a sentence, and your homepage is static text and screenshots. Visitors skim past the feature you're proudest of. You've seen competitors with animated heroes and launch videos that look far more established than you are. An agency quote for a video is far above your budget, or your last animation looked good but slowed the site down.
What you get
Concept and storyboard. We agree the message, length and visual style before animating, so the first draft is close to what you want.
Design. Custom illustration, icons and layouts, matched to your brand, so the animation looks like part of your product.
Hero and UI animation. Animated homepage heroes, product walkthroughs and interface animations that show how your product works.
Explainer and launch videos. Short videos for product launches, social channels, sales decks and ads.
Web-ready animation. Lottie and optimised video files that load fast and run smoothly on every device.
Delivery and handoff. Final files in the formats and sizes you need, plus editable source files so your team can update them.
How it works
It starts with a free diagnostic call of 30 to 60 minutes, where we learn your product, audience and where the animation will be used. Within 2 to 3 days you get a fixed scope with a written plan, timeline and price, before you commit. Then we storyboard, design and animate while you follow progress on a live project tracker and review at each stage. We finalise and hand over the files. Every project then comes with a 2-week warranty, so any file or playback issues after delivery are fixed.
Which tool?
We don't push a tool. We pick the one that fits where the animation will run and how your team will use it after the free call, and put the reasoning in writing. Lottie suits lightweight animation on the web or in apps, and video suits launches, social and decks. Already have an animation you'd like improved or adapted? We can work from your files.
Timeline
Mini Sprint, 3 to 7 days: a single animation, such as a hero, icon set or short looping UI animation
Core Sprint, 3 to 4 weeks: an explainer or launch video, or a full set of animations for a product or campaign
Timelines depend on length, style and number of scenes, and how quickly feedback comes back. You'll have a firm date in your written scope.
Also available
Need more than the animation? Ask on the free call and we'll scope it alongside your sprint.
