The project involved a complete redesign of a large, frequently updated CRM and a content writing tool for Zentury.io
The Problem
The client was using a version of the system daily, which presented an excellent opportunity for user interviews and usability testing. The system had pain points that needed addressing, and certain aspects the users wanted to remain untouched.
My Contributions
I organized four user interviews for each side of the product, asking questions about their daily routines, and goals. After a detailed analysis of the responses, I started wireframing and prototyping, first for the tool, and then for the CRM. Due to a time crunch, I used a white-label design system with minimum identity, which I customized over a few days to fit our initial version.
Outcomes
The software is now in development, having been usability tested and approved by the users. It's easier to use, updated, and improved. Plus, it has a dark mode!
