Naklik.ba is a local marketplace platform designed to be competitive with existing marketplaces in BiH incorporating features such as online and crypto payments, video ads, bulk import, and a back office.

The challenge was to transform a single idea into a functional, user-friendly platform within a short timeframe. The client's continuous introduction of new ideas added to the complexity of the project.

I started the design process with a discovery week, followed by wireframes for each flow. Despite the evolving requirements, I consistently created new flows for the developers to code.

The outcome was a successful launch of Naklik.ba, with 1000 users joining on the first day and quadrupling in the first week after a live stream of the launch party. The platform became a household name in Bosnia and Herzegovina, generating significant buzz.
