Revolutionizing E-commerce: A User Experience Design Case Study for Bambuser
This project involved redefining and enhancing the mobile shopping experience for Bambuser, a live shopping app. The initial version of the app was basic and required significant improvements to optimize user experience and functionality.
Problem
The primary issue was transforming a bare-bones MVP into a user-friendly mobile app that allowed seamless one-to-one live-streaming sales from the seller's perspective. The aim was to create an engaging and intuitive platform to encourage more live shopping.
My Contributions
I designed a minimalistic yet efficient interface that enabled sellers to interact and showcase items effortlessly. I also conducted "guerrilla testing" post-production, impersonating a buyer to identify and rectify any flow issues.
Outcomes
The redesigned app facilitated easier direct interaction between sellers and buyers, providing a personalized shopping experience.
