I designed high-performance sports glasses combining aggressive aerodynamic styling with rugged structural durability. Modeled in SolidWorks, the project focuses on lightweight facial ergonomics, secure wrap-around snap-fit temples, and precise lens retention grooves for fast swapping. Every surface geometry respects DFM constraints for multi-material co-injection molding and optical clarity. The final package provided factory-ready CAD data and dynamic, photorealistic renders for product launching.
