This project involved the complete 3D industrial product design, SolidWorks CAD modeling, and photorealistic rendering of a premium travel suitcase engineered for high impact durability, smooth mobility, and lightweight functionality. Designed using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, the suitcase features a structural ribbed outer shell, integrated telescopic handle clearance, multi-directional spinner wheel mounts, and production-ready geometry optimized for thermoforming and injection molding. The final deliverables included manufacturing-ready CAD files and realistic renders suitable for prototyping, mass production, and product presentations.
