📌 SCOPE

Implemented BreezyHR ATS for a client to optimize their recruiting and onboarding process. The project involved integrating the ATS with Indeed, developing structured recruiting pipelines, automating applicant movement through hiring stages, and setting up automated email and SMS communications. The goal was to create a seamless hiring workflow that reduced manual effort while improving candidate experience and efficiency.

📌 PROCESS

Requirement Analysis | Met with the client to assess their hiring challenges and determine ATS needs.
System Implementation | Set up BreezyHR ATS, ensuring seamless integration with the client’s Indeed employer account.
Job Posting Development | Created detailed job descriptions that aligned with the company’s hiring needs.
Screening Questions & Pipeline Setup | Designed pre-screening questionnaires and configured recruiting pipelines to move candidates automatically based on responses.
Automation & Workflow Optimization | Programmed ATS to auto-move candidates (shortlisted, phone interview, disqualified) and trigger automated email/SMS communications at each stage.
Testing & Adjustments | Conducted test runs to ensure proper automation and applicant experience, making refinements as needed.
Training & Handover | Provided a walkthrough for the hiring team on how to use BreezyHR efficiently and make minor adjustments as needed.

The career homepage was designed to attract top talent by providing an engaging overview of the company’s work culture and benefits. The page highlights employee perks, company values, and why candidates should consider joining the team. A clean and professional layout ensures an easy-to-navigate experience, making it simple for job seekers to explore available opportunities.

📌 POSITION OPENINGS PAGE

This page provides a clear, structured view of all available job opportunities. Each position is listed with a job title, location (if applicable), and key details to help candidates quickly find roles that match their skills. The intuitive layout allows job seekers to filter or browse openings efficiently, improving the applicant experience.

📌 JOB POSTING PAGE

A detailed job posting layout was created to ensure clarity and engagement. Each posting includes a compelling job description, key responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits. The structured format makes it easy for candidates to understand the role while reinforcing the company’s employer brand.

📌 QUESTIONNAIRE SECTION OF APPLICATION

The application process was streamlined with a customized questionnaire section. This section helps pre-screen applicants by gathering relevant information based on the job requirements. The ATS was configured to automatically sort applicants based on their responses, moving them to the appropriate stage in the hiring pipeline (e.g., shortlisted, phone interview, disqualified). This automation significantly reduces manual work and ensures only qualified candidates move forward.
