Project Description
Custom designed Looker Studio dashboards for analysis of virtual conference attendee engagement tracking data.
My role in the project included:
Design of the event model utilized to measure attendee engagement
Design of Looker Studio dashboard theme based upon Optums's branding style guide for the event.
Unification of tracked user activity data with registrant data via user_id (anonymous on the analytics side, and with user consent) for advanced segmentation filtering in Looker reports, and individualized event reporting for the purpose of enabling Optum's event organizers to follow-up with attendees following the conference.
