About this product
This Healthcare IT company helps health plans and health care providers make appointments at the referable moment (the point in time when a person is ready to take action to improve their health) to improve access to care, increase quality, manage value and help more people get on, and stay on, their healthcare journey.
When I started designing for this company they were experiencing great growth. Because of the great amount of integrations, the platform became very difficult to understand and use. The goal was to achieve a simple interface that encompasses all of their user flows.
I designed this product while working as Design Lead at ZL technologies in 2021.
