Survey 360° for WiserSkills

WiserSKILLS is an HR talent management solution based on self-declaration of skills and motivations by employees.

While working at WiserSKILLS I was asked to develop a 360 survey that users could be able to create from their SAAS platform. The goal was to create a tool for HR managers to get feedback on the employees skills for a job promotion, validate a curriculum skill or evaluate their current jobs.
