Project: Automating lead qualification and proposal generation using n8n workflow automation

The Challenge:

Maria, an expert in marketing and sales, wanted to streamline the lead qualification and proposal generation process. The manual work of qualifying leads and crafting personalized proposals was taking too much time and causing inefficiencies in the sales cycle.
Challenges:
Lead Qualification: Inconsistent lead qualification, resulting in wasted time.
Proposal Generation: Time-consuming manual process for each proposal.
CRM Data Entry: Manual input of chat and lead data into the CRM.

The Solution:

We designed an n8n-powered automation flow that would:
Engage Leads: A chatbot engages with leads, gathers project details, and qualifies them.
Prequalify and Generate Proposals: AI bot generates personalized proposals after qualification.
CRM Integration: All chat details are automatically logged into the CRM, providing context for follow-up.

CRM: Salesforce to track leads.
