Overview I was the sole developer responsible for implementing Salesforce requirements for the local branch of Merck, while multiple parallel projects were running in 5–6 other countries with slightly different requirements.

The system covered:

Tracking purchases and prescription management

Bonus program for pharmacies

Salesforce Community for pharmacies

Integration with SMS (Twilio) for notifications

Health Cloud configurations and reporting

Developed custom Salesforce UI features using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Components.

Built integrations with Twilio SMS, Marketing Cloud, and AWS.

Configured approval processes, reports, and dashboards to support pharmacy workflows.

Set up and customized Salesforce Community and Health Cloud for pharmacy users.

Delivered documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and production deployments via AutoRABIT.

Acted as the main contact for the Product Owner of the local branch, implementing branch-specific requirements while maintaining alignment with global standards.

Successfully delivered a fully functional Salesforce solution for the local branch, supporting purchases, prescriptions, and pharmacy bonuses.

Enabled efficient pharmacy management and improved engagement via Community and SMS notifications.

Supported parallel global projects while tailoring functionality to branch-specific needs.

Maintained high-quality delivery as the sole developer for the branch.
