Overview This was an internal EPAM experimental project designed as a Salesforce AppExchange App for user onboarding. The system was built to gamify onboarding, including ratings, points, and task assignments, helping new Salesforce users engage with the platform effectively.

Designed the data model for user onboarding, points, and task tracking.

Developed business logic and automations using Apex and Salesforce Flows.

Implemented custom objects and relationships to support gamified scoring and task completion.

Ensured smooth integration of points, ratings, and tasks for an interactive onboarding experience.

Delivered a working Salesforce prototype ready for AppExchange experimentation.

Enabled interactive, gamified onboarding for users, improving engagement and learning.

Provided a scalable foundation for future enhancements and possible public release on AppExchange.
