Overview Clover Health, a U.S. healthcare startup, needed a custom Salesforce system from scratch to manage their insurance workflows, agent operations, and customer engagement. I was the key developer, responsible for building core functionality and integrations, and briefly acted as interim Team Lead to manage planning and releases.

The system included:

Internal insurance selection platform

Call center management with AWS Connect

Custom scheduler for agent appointments

Experience Cloud portal for users and communities

Full agent workflow: from lead assignment to client onboarding

Integration with Slack for notifications and team collaboration

Designed and implemented custom Salesforce features for agent workflows and customer interactions.

Built complex integrations with AWS Connect, Sunfire, and Slack.

Developed deduplication logic to ensure data quality and compliance.

Temporarily served as Interim Team Lead (2 weeks): handled task estimations, work distribution, requirements clarification, and production releases.

Contributed to Experience Cloud setup for user communities and agent-facing portals.

Ensured seamless tracking of KPIs and performance metrics for agents.

Delivered a fully functional, from-scratch Salesforce solution supporting the full insurance workflow.

Enabled efficient agent management, accurate KPI tracking, and enhanced customer experience.

Improved team productivity and communication via Slack integration.
