This project reflects my involvement in the planning and merchandising of Godiva’s hamper collections, focusing on product bundling, positioning, and customer appeal. The work included structuring curated product sets, aligning assortment strategies with seasonal and gifting occasions, and ensuring consistency with Godiva’s premium brand identity. Each hamper was designed to offer a balanced and appealing selection, enhancing perceived value and supporting different customer needs. By combining product strategy with a strong understanding of customer behavior, the collections contributed to an elevated gifting experience and supported overall sales performance.
