Introduction 🌹

Art has been created for a variety of reasons. Some wanted to capture a special moment, and some wanted to encapsulate the appreciation for something. Whatever the reason for creation, there is one feature of art that we can all agree on. Art is personal.

After studying a variety of poets during my time at University, I have developed an interest in writing poems. I highly appreciate this art form and know how impactful it can be. Creating a poem that is touching and tailored to the receiver is a challenge that is worth undertaking.

My role in this project 🌼

Before I start working on a poem for a client, I need to get to know the person. We chat a little, I get to know the person, and I ask them a variety of questions about the person for who the poem is. After I get enough information, I can get to work on that personal piece.

Each poem is different so it is difficult to pinpoint a technique, but in most cases, my process looks like this:

I write out the characteristics of the receiver of the poem

I come up with metaphors connected to them

Depending on how many lines the poem is supposed to have, I try to create a story in that limit

I write the poem according to the rhyme pattern, or lack of that the client ordered

I leave the poem for 24h

I read the poem a couple of times aloud, and edit any inconsistencies

I read it one last time

I deliver the finished product to the client and wait for his feedback

While dealing with art, no artwork is the same. The same case is with the poetry I write.

The poems are crafted with the utmost care and the receiver in mind. If there are any problems with the first version of the poem, we cooperate to make it as perfect as possible.

There are few things in life that are as personal as Art. Just imagine giving that special someone a personalized poem. Using my craftsmanship you are sure that the feelings are conveyed in a proper way.
