Overview

Frenly is the first proactive, emotionally intelligent AI app designed to support modern pet parents. Instead of just collecting data, Frenly interprets behaviors, guides daily care, and bridges the emotional gap between what pets feel and what their humans actually understand.
Bright Studios was brought in to build a complete social media presence from the ground up: positioning, strategy, content system, visual identity, and storytelling — all crafted to introduce Frenly to its first wave of users ahead of launch.

The Challenge

Pet parents are overwhelmed.
They Google symptoms at 2am, ask Facebook groups for contradictory advice, jump between apps, follow influencers, binge YouTube videos, and still feel:
unsure if they’re “doing enough”
confused by mixed information
guilty when they miss a signal
alone with their concerns
Frenly needed to enter the space as a calm, trustworthy, emotionally intelligent voice not another startup screaming for attention.
