Case Study: Designing an E-commerce Website for Volto Urbano

Volto Urbano is a skin-care brand that takes a fresh and innovative approach to skincare by considering an individual's skin type, environment, and seasons equally.
The brand offers specially formulated products that protect the skin from environmental irritants while promoting natural repair and healing
I was given the opportunity to create an online platform dedicated to promoting and selling their products, emphasizing the core principles of the brand, and effectively guiding visitors into becoming customers.
Considering the fact that they possessed solely a visual identity and color scheme, it was necessary to adopt a more strategic approach and initiate the development of a cohesive visual language that would harmonize with and enhance the website, ultimately showcasing the brand in a more compelling and impactful manner.
I designed responsive web pages, improved on the UX/UI of their eCommerce site, and built email campaigns. I created new content for their social media channels to increase user engagement. I also art directed photoshoots for specific campaign/product launches.
The primary emphasis of the landing page lies in narrating the brand's and the founder's tale, while skillfully showcasing the products and encouraging customers to discover their personalized skincare regimen through interactive questionnare or exploring further details about the ingredients.
